SUITE 201 - This 462 sq. ft. suite is right next to the elevator on the second floor with great downtown views to the South and has windows on two sides.  This is a gross lease that includes all utilities (except internet) and property taxes included. The rate is $1,250 per month. 

SUITE 101 -  Originally a work yard for the Reliable Rug Company, this one-story office was an infill project between two buildings when Keosauqua Way was built in 1920.  Historic materials such as pressed metal ceilings, wood floors and windows and steel beams make this a unique workspace.  Daylight floods the space due to a recreated historic 60’ linear skylight and massive storefront windows along Keo Way.  A new ramp was built to make the split-level space accessible to all. There is also a lower garden level that adds distinct character and separation of the suite.
