SECTION A : Built in 1910, Section A is the oldest portion of the building. This 11- feet tall ceiling space has large storefront display windows fronting both Keosauqua Way and 12th Street. It would be great office, retail, or showroom space. It has tons of possibilities.
SECTION B : Space B is an accessible split-level office space that has access from both Keosauqua Way and 12th Street.
